300 Florence is an unoccupied three-story concrete and brick structure with a basement and adjacent vacant lot located in downtown El Paso, Texas.

Exterior and interior site improvements will include a new parking lot; functional and aesthetic work done to the exterior shell of the building; new mechanical and electrical utilities throughout; and common areas on the interior of the building which shall be composed of an entrance from the ground level, lobby, stairs, elevator, emergency exits, a new exterior fire escape, restrooms, and a shared basement.
