In conjunction with the El Paso International Airport Terminal renovation work, CA One Services remodeled their existing facilities and completed new concessionaire units bringing new food service and retail concepts with a local flair. The Sun City Bar & Grill (100 seats), Tortilla Flats (50 seats), Franklin Express (snack bar and news & gift stand) and Cantina del Rio (50 seats) reflect an aspect of El Paso's geography or culture. The Jake's Coffeehouse and Newsstand and www.newsgifts.elpaso are retail shop concepts not heavily themed to the City. The work include complete new interior design, finishes, furniture, fixtures, new kitchens, bars, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, life safety and handicap accessibility compliance in accordance with federal, state and city codes and regulations. The scope of services included design and construction administration.

In addition, Jake's and www.newsgifts.elpaso ranked first in the "Best Retail/Specialty Program" category in the Airports Council International - North America's (ACI-NA) "Excellence in Airport Concessions" contest.
