East Loop Shopping Center El Paso, Texas

This project consists of a 90,000 plus sq. ft. retail center located near the corner of Montwood and Joe Battle/Loop 375 in east El Paso. The main tenant is Hobby Lobby with a 61,000 sq. ft. self-standing building. Another strip center type structure provides the balance of the retail space.

All buildings are tilt-up concrete exterior walls with steel roof structures and glass storefronts. The design includes landscaping with irrigation and site drainage. This job was a design/build fast track project in conjunction with F.T. James Construction Co.
