An extensive remodel to convert a 3,479 square-foot, two-story residence originally constructed in 1908 into a new law office in central El Paso.  The project includes x-scape landscaping, handicap accessibility, new roof, and exterior improvements.  Interior work involved considerable improvements to convert this former residence into eight offices, three conference rooms, two bathrooms, employee lounge and reception area that also included the conversion of attic space to a private office with a study.
