Bienvivir Senior Health Center El Paso, Texas

The design of this day health facility focused on providing frail elderly persons a quality of life that ensures a home in the community, comprehensive health care, and dignity in a nurturing environment.

This 16,000 sq. ft. building includes a 7,000 sq. ft. clinic wing, a 1,100 sq. ft. kitchen, and 4,000 sq. ft. of administration built around a 4,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose atrium. The work was completed within T.A.S. and ADA Regulations and Standards as well as Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation requirements governing elderly day care facilities.
