HACEP East Maintenance and Distribution Center El Paso, Texas

This project consisted of a 12,000 sq. ft. tilt-up concrete building on a 2-acre paved site for maintenance vehicle parking. This new maintenance and distribution center for the East El Paso district of the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso includes 4,000 sq. ft. of offices, workshops and storage areas for the maintenance and distribution of materials and equipment to the district housing developments. Site improvements include on-site ponding, security rockwalls and miscellaneous fencing.
