Bio Manuel Venegas holds a Titulo de Arquitecto from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México (1979). He is a registered architect in México. He is a native Spanish speaker and He has been teaching classes at the Instituto de Arquitectura Diseño y Arte at the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juárez since 1984. Mr. Venegas has served on the Construction Registration Board for the city of Juárez, Chihuahua. He has worked in both in the United States and Mexico since 1979. His experience includes participation in the design and construction documents of numerous projects including five-star hotels (e.g.: Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Austin and Dallas, Texas), as well as offices, apartment complexes, retail and industrial buildings, and custom residences. Manuel Venegas' familiarity with building codes, design standards, and construction techniques on both sides of the border makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Manuel Venegas served as CAD Manager for the San Elizario ISD Josefa Sambrano Elementary School, High School and Vocational Wing Addition, new elementary school, alternative school and instructional gymnasiums, and currently on El Paso, Ysleta, and Socorro ISD projects. He also performed CAD production and quality control for Bienvivir Senior Centers, Child Crisis Center, Pace Hall Renovation Project, and Palm Court Apartments. With almost three decades of experience in the field of architecture, Manuel Venegas has been instrumental in the design and construction on a considerable number of projects.
