Affordable Housing

Sometimes the first step out of the cycle of poverty comes from changing attitudes. Pride and a sense of self-worth are key to successfully surmounting life's daily trials. Many people have overcome their daily circumstance to achieve success, and a decent home is no guarantee of accomplishment But for most people, adequate housing is a necessary condition for ongoing accomplishment.

Architecture can change the world. Not just the physical, brick and mortar world. Also the world that resonates within us. Wright & Dalbin designs and design/builds homes for first time buyers, attached single family residences, affordable housing for special needs populations, single room occupancy and transitional living facilities. Because pride and dignity are two keys to responsible citizenship.

Green building certification programs are third party independent verification systems to assure that buildings meet stringent standards for sustainability and the environment. Because green buildings are built with better envelopes, that is, the structural elements that keep the inside in and the outside out, green building certification programs also usually include provisions for indoor air quality.
