Fort Bliss General/Flag Officers' Quarters

The project calls for a renovation/remodel of seven historic houses for the General Officers on Fort Bliss. The plans call for minor renovations, with some of the houses getting a four hundred square foot two-story bump out. The renovations include new HVAC upgrades and outdoor kitchens, including a grill, sink and refrigerator. The renovations will maintain the historic integrity of the Queen Anne and Spanish Eclectic style buildings. Landscaping will mimic the existing plants to minimize any aesthetic disruption.
