Bio Rogelio started his professional career as a draftsperson for different architects and engineers in Cd. Juarez. Most of this work was construction documents to build convenience stores for a large local chain. Later he took a position in a construction company, Grupo Constructor MEDA, S.A. de C.V. where his responsibilities were to design, draw construction documents, obtaining building permits and overseeing that the construction was done according to the design and municipal code. At this point, he was involved in the later phase of design of the Colegio Americano project in Cd. Juárez, collaborated in the drawing of plans for the new addition to Cibeles Convention Center, in Cd. Juárez among other projects. He worked there for 3 years. After that, he traded Architecture to work with Desarrollos y Servicios Viva, S.A. de C.V. where he learned how to run an environmentally friendly business. His duties were to manage resources, contracts, sales and customer service. In October 2004, he returned to the Architecture profession with Wright and Dalbin Architects, Inc. in El Paso, Texas, where he started learning about the National CAD Standards for construction documents, Building Codes and TDLR compliance. Design and development of the project are the most important duties he performs for the firm. Currently he is working on different projects, such as Cypress Apartments for Project Bravo, Kathy White Quadruplexes for HACEP, the Law Offices of Felipe Millán and one of the Kitchen-Cafeteria addition at Mesa Vista Elementary School for the Ysleta Independent School District which is now finishing the Design Development phase.
