The Renaissance Gateway project tasks Wright & Dalbin with the rehabilitation of a 207 unit apartment complex in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The apartments were originally built in 1973, and require extensive remodeling after decades in Lousiana's relentless climate. The finished project will expand Baton Rouge's limited availability of Section 8 housing.
