Zero Energy Home
In cooperation with Project Bravo, the Near Zero Energy Pilot Project House is a 1250 square foot building being constructed in Montana Vista in East El Paso. The building is designed as a pilot project for green and sustainable single family affordable housing. Reducing utility expenses for low income families allows for investment in the personal infrastructure necessary to break the cycle of poverty. These personal infrastructure investments may include education, or transportation, or childcare. This project is designed to comply with the NAHB Green Rating Silver Level and Energy Star rating programs.
