Comprehensive Community Rehabilitation

Sandoval Apartments is a major rehabilitation project spanning 220,000 square feet of residential space. The project focused on modernizing the community to improve the quality of life for residents while ensuring long-term sustainability for the Housing Opportunity Management Enterprises (HOME).

Modifications to ensure the property meets current ADA and TAS standards. This includes accessible routes, ramps, door widths, and bathroom configurations, ensuring equitable access for all residents regardless of physical ability.
